Had to make an unscheduled stop here due to poor driving conditions last night. We were able to book over the phone in under 5 minutes. The manager was super sweet, caring, and helpful. The room was tidy and stocked. There was free food and drinks for guests. I was very happy with my stay here and would absolutely recommend it. I want to shout out the manager Becky - she was going around in the morning checking on people, making conversation, and generally being a wonderful host. Helped us plan our next move and provided us with a better scraper for the car than we had on hand. I was very impressed with her hospitality. She deserves a raise.

A wonderful, much needed quiet night. Strange to be in a hotel alone Christmas eve, but the employees were so very nice. The gentleman in charge of the breakfast was awesome, smiling kindly even though he was working on a holiday. A great breakfast,too.

These rooms don’t sleep 5. None of them. Don’t believe what it says when you make the reservation. They’re lying. There are multiple reviews complaining about this, but they haven’t changed. Currently sitting in the lobby at 2:30 am because my wife, mother, and kids are asleep in the 2 queen beds upstairs. There isn’t even a comfortable chair in the room that I can try to nap in. Have a full day of driving ahead of me and I don’t know how that’s going to work with no sleep. Also: Rooms are not the cleanest. Some unfinished areas with exposed piping. Extremely loud in my room from the highway noise. All around terrible experience.

The vibe was great! Small breakfast options but the is also an IHOP within walking distance. ( everything is within walking distance) clean fresh room and bathroom! You CAN and will hear the highway if you are in a room on that side- slept OK with nothing to dampen the sound. Some earplugs would probably do the trick. No complaints with staff or room !

My stay in Castle Rock was pleasant as Amy and her staff welcomed me each morning and night with a smile. Each of them were a great help! Very clean, comfortable room! The breakfast each morning was hot and delicious! I highly recommend staying here!!

The staff was very friendly and made check in and out easy. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had lots to choose from. We had a great experience and will always stay here in the future.

Front desk staff (esp, Andrew!) was welcoming, helpful, and kind. We had a room that needed to be switched, and they made the process quick and easy. The rooms were clean and well-serviced. The breakfast and coffee was INCREDIBLE! Yes they have the fun waffles, eggs, protein, and more. As an out-of-towner, I would stay here again If I were to return to Castle Rock.
